I give them 10 starz because everytime they made mistake. All employees Including the managers on both shifts was nice to correct the mustake. Not only Grand Rapids but America please give thanks to April And Tom both managers at Leonard Street McDonald's Northwest. We kids we love McDonalds dearly. We also give thanks to the founder. I wanted to go home with the food. went back and asked what was missing and went back to my car with bag in the hand, after home and I miss still eating. should not have to go in 3 times to get all my order. View all feedback.
This situation is always great. The food is always fresh and the line goes fast. I've never had the order.
