The clinical staff that helped me with my procedure was awesome! The nurses were super friendly and welcoming, the resident doctor doctors were all nice and explained everything well.Thank you to the amazing team that took care of me during my procedure! Y’all were awesome!! ?

I want to highlight the radiology department at Trinity health.I’ve been dealing with some pretty scary symptoms and the Trinity team understood and took care of me with compassion. As soon as I got ready for my MRI the team was upbeat, cheerful, and caring. I was scared walking in, but the treatment from the staff made me instantly relax. Not only were they prompt and caring, but I got my results back within hours, which is unheard of. I want to thank the team.The main reason I’m writing this review, however, is for Erin in central scheduling. I was scheduled for another procedure and was hoping to get my MRI moved up. After calling multiple times to ask about cancellations Erin took my number down. I didn’t hear from her over the weekend but on Monday I get a call from her saying there was a cancellation and she wanted to make sure I had the chance before she booked it again. When I told you I could have cried. I hope Trinity reads this and gives a “good job” to Erin for going above and beyond to give patients a good experience.

I would like to say, I loved how this hospital cared for my mother. Unfortunately due to them not respecting me being my mother 's full time caregiver and Power Of Attorney, my lawyer has urged me to file a lawsuit against them. Every single one of her doctors (as well as all of Trinity Health) has respected these legal documents but the hospital for some reason and also wouldn 't allow me to speak with any of the doctors that apparently needed to sign off on this.I loved every part of their care for my mother accept this. Very sad they rather put her in harms way than respect legal documentation that everyone else has respected.

Useless. Rude. Is this where all the angsty workers from spectrum and other places go when they get fired? Likely. Even my Dr was treated rudely. Don't waste your time or money. Find a better place to get treated

Parking at the main hospital entrance is extremely inconvenient.Can't even find the person that i dropped off. I had to hike 4 flights of stairs then around the corner and across another parking lot. Wonder if I'll tremendously where I parked..... someone had one job and that FAILED EPICLY.
