We drove 4 hours for the “must do’ experience of Pattis 1880s Settlement. Our host was friendly and helpful. Our server was good. My grilled salmon was the best I’ve ever tasted. Cooked to perfection and seasoning in every bite. Maybe it was a fluke, but my mashed potatoes were sour tasting. I started to send them back, but since my name is actually Karen, I didn’t dare.
