Well, that was over cook and dry! Why does everyone over cook salmon? Caper sause was under seasoned too! Only thing ok on the "salmon and shrimp" plate were the shrimp. I have yet to find a restaurant that cooks salmon the right way: 3 - 5 min on medium heat. read more.
