Did a mobile order and even tipped the team a couple dollars. When I got home I realized I received my order without the guac I had paid for. I drove back and they told me “oh we are out of guac you can call to get a refund”. When I contacted them they didn’t refund me and instead gave me a “free” coupon code to use for guac in the next 30 days. Pretty disappointed in how the situation was handled. View all feedback.
