What Evelyn Rose doesn't like about Hong Fa:
well, last time i went here it was called melting pot cafe and i was gonna go here and rate it 5 stars but i had no clue it changed so much! my mom worked at the melting pot but she got a different job i haven't been here but i'm so mad that they changed it i'm gonna go check it out today so for now 2 stars. I checked friday it is still caled the melting pot cafe View all feedback.

"Just wanted a quick bite to eat and nothing was open since it was a holiday except here. The servers were okay and somewhat friendly. We ordered the food. After we got our food, we ordered one more side item. I watched the one server with gloves on handle money from our second order then go back and start making food for someone else with the same gloves she handled money with! She didn't change her gloves. Big health no no. That's the first thing you learn with a food handlers license. Need to train your people better. Will not be back."
