Tried to have a coffee and a cake here today. Service was absolutely appalling, went up to order and was ignored multiple times by members of staff. I completely understand how difficult it can be when it is busy, but there is a certain level of common decency and respect that one would expect when eating out somewhere and Maclean's coffee shop showed none of these. In addition to a variety of dishes, the menu also offers a selection of beverages and typical house dishes.
