the personal in a vegetarian restaurant should be able to tell them what is vegan or not. obviously not here they were noticeable whether their veggie burger was and whether any changes were necessary. 1. times in 17 years as a vegan and 32 as vegetarian I have experienced such a sick informed team in a vegetarian restaurant. eating was okay, just throw things together. tastes ok, but nothing special.
