I don't know what is the variety of potatoes used for the preparation of fries in the friendly granvillais restaurant kitchens whose terrace overlooks the parking lot of the old casino which, it, gives on the sea. they give the impression of being sweet. so that one can without any problem abstain from taking a dessert after sending a fries. practical and economical at the end of the month.
