Wow! What a pleasant surprise. Got a little lost because I didn't know I was looking for a red food truck. But the flavors were awesome! They cooked up the tacos fresh and pretty quick. Paired with a mex Coke! Spot on. The corn tortilla was fresh, got the tacos with everything on it. Thankful for the cooked jalepeño! These are definitely meant to be eaten right away.
