Back Porch Grill and Tavern - Grapevine

I made a reservation online and a few days later i called to confirm my reservation and one of the staff advised me my reservation would not be honored because they were booked up and everyone coming in around 7:30-8:00 had all the tables reserved. I attempted to call back and speak with a manager but the line was always busy. My 1st and final attempt to go here. Poor customer service !!

Decent extremely inexpensive eating, great service, good drinks and fun karaoke

The service at this restaurant is terrible. Despite receiving a confirmed reservation for a table for 4, when we arrived at the Back Porch restaurant in Dallas, we were told that we had only reserved for 2. Even after showing the confirmation email, we were told that only 2 of us could be seated. To make matters worse, we later found out from a friend who was there that there were enough open tables available. I will not be returning to this establishment and will be warning others about the poor service they provide.

Had a group of 4 and can say that we had a wonderful evening! The entire staff is awesome and they go above and beyond. The location is around 30 minutes from my home and I will make the drive every time!

Enjoyed listening to the band called Nightlife . Food was good. Prices reasonable.
