Apple Alley Cafe - Grass Valley

Our second choice around the city (see South Pine Cafe for first choice). The great thing about Apple Alley is the great owners and employees, plus the fact that it is far enough of the city that it is rarely packed. We never had to wait. Food is often excellent, sometimes less large; Service was always excellent. We tend to get the same things every time we go, so 't really can comment on the specials. Food is good, service and owner super-if you're in the area, give it a try!

We've eaten there a few times. You have two sections one for burgers, salads pizza and other menu items and then the fine dining area with seafood, pastas and prime rigged, tri-tip and other wonderful items. We tried the fine food tonight and it was excellent, Amy was a wonderful waitress and made sure that our stay was to the satisfaction it was. Will we come back? Of course, the atmosphere was very nice and the food and service.... thanks for a nice evening.

Great ambience! High-class seating area with comfortable stands or cosy tables. Wefted staff, even the owner came out and imagined. The live music was great and Frankie was great. The food was filled and cooked to order, and elegant. Wine has fast and wide variety from Barefoot to Bogle. Beautiful ride in the foothills to undiscovered secret location in front of the main stream You yourself and you 'll get a leak! Very recommended if you have a great experience....

Tasty food, great service, good coffee! I'm usually there for breakfast and they are a bit on the pricy side, but worth it if you some good country dining!

The food was delicious, but as we were there at Mother's Day, the staff seemed overwhelmed. Everyone was very friendly, but orders were not delivered in a way that allowed us to eat together and the coffee fluently presented a real problem. Overall, good experience... we always enjoyed Apple Alley.
