There are few organic dining spots in the Grass Valley-Nevada City area. We decided to stop at Valentina's for breakfast to check it out. The menu is limited. We ordered an oatmeal with fruit-very good, a cheese and sausage quesadilla-yummy, and a cheese omelette-made in a waffle maker and a bit over done. The limited breakfast menu has a Mexican flavor. What DavidT3984 doesn't like about Bakery Catering:
Valentina's has some limited breakfast items; burritos, waffle, a variety of egg omelets they call Walmlettes- or something, as they are cooked in a waffle iron. I ordered a basic veggie; onions, cheese, spinach. Not sure if there is a bit of batter also, as the dish came a light brown, as opposed to an eggish yellow.
