After reading the fantastic reviews from last year on Google, we had high hopes for this restaurant. However, after learning (from Trip Advisor) that there are new owners, we were disappointed to find that the two pizzas we ordered were no better than average chain pizza.
This pizza is fantastic, top-notch quality. It's far superior to any chain pizza. Order from here and take it down to the wharf where there are plenty of picnic tables to enjoy your meal comfortably, all while taking in a beautiful view.
We ordered 2 pizzas for takeout and we were extremely impressed. The crust was crispy and cooked perfectly. The owners even threw in a third pizza for us to try out their new recipe. So generous of them! We will definitely be returning.
The new owners have no idea how to make a quality product compared to the previous owner Patrick knows how to make a pizza and treat his customers not the new owners, I will never go back as long as they own it. I ordered 2 large pizza's cheeseburger and steak and shrimp both had no sauce and were burnt, plus 1 piece of shrimp and 1 piece of steak per slice, just awful on-top of it all the bacon tasted like cut up Bologna.
Had the pizza with new owners a few months ago and it was still good. Apparently nothing was to change. Had it again and just not the same. I think the prices increased as well. Seems like this happens alot when ownership changes. Have to find a new lunch pizza place.
