I have been a customer of Shelby's Chip Truck for years. I love the food. The portions are very very generous. When I order fries I get the kiddie size and sometimes I can't finish those. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that disappoints me is Shelby's is not open year round. This year I even made it for opening day. Thanks to Sherry and all the staff. What steven Weliczko doesn't like about Shelby's Chipwagon:
A very generous serving of decent fries (almost too much for proportion). Curds are better than average. Sadly the gravy is very thin and lacks flavour. Delightful staff. If this place gets its gravy right, I will stop here weekly. View all feedback.
This was a little piece of poutine heaven. The kiddie size was just right. Indulge at Shelby's it's worth it!!!
By far THE best chips!!!! Not even kidding!! Loved it!!!! Hidden gem for sure!
