Great food. Shame it's now closed down
Sadly this excellent restaurant has had to close down, due to the landlord's exorbitant rent raise. Sadly missed.

"We 've bought from these guys a few times, both in Gravesend and via Deliveroo. Their hot dog with mustard, 'bacon ' bits and jalapeños is to die for. But my review was prompted by my ordering their vegan 'chocaholic ' hot brownie. Without a doubt THE best brownie I have EVER tasted, bar none. If you 're vegan, you 're in Gravesend and you have a sweet tooth, go there. I promise you: you will not regret it."

"Very poor. Had chicken tikka curry, texture weird, taste not good, naan bread cold, soft and rubbery with no taste again. Sauce watery, not thick as described. I did read reviews first, so was not expecting such low quality food. Perhaps was a bad night. Only way is try for yourself as my review is far below their average score somehow! But i will not be ordering again."

"Another excellent meal at Tonbridge’s finest curry restaurant. Don’t be surprised if you leave Gurkha Planet nodding with a big smile on your face. The food is truly excellent. There’s an authentic Nepalese theme, but a few curry favourites with a twist (Salmon Tikka Masala for example). There’s an excellent beer alongside the staple Cobra, simply called Gurkha Beer, and it’s superior in every way to its better known cousin. Add friendly service and a reasonable price and you’ve got yourself a genuinely lovely little place to eat. Get yourself to Gurkha!"

"Me and my partner have tried many around Medway area and this is definitely the best by far. The food is always great and is really good value for money. Food comes out quick and the staff are always polite and friendly. We have never had a bad breakfast in here, would highly recommend."
