I led a walk on which 57 people turned up. I had informed the pub that we were coming and to expect about 12 people eating: there were 23 eating with the remaining 34 wanting drinks! Ordered an Amstel, tasted like washing up liquid, 2 other people tried the beer and agreed but bartender refused to give me a refund or exchange for another beer. Bartender did say that the management have said that they can’t exchange or refund because people have obviously been bringing it back. This happens a week before and I though it would be sorted by now but obviously not. read more.
