"Amazing food and wine, served by a very friendly and knowledgable staff. Small menu but with a wide variety (from meat to fish to vegetarian, starter was even vegan). Everything we tried was really good. It is a bit further from the old town but well worth the detour."

"Delicious food and very nice service! We had a little misunderstanding during the order but the service was nice and fixed the error without any problem. We ate the best amatriciana we've ever had (even in Rome we didn't eat that good! . Seafood pasta and King prawns was delicious too"

"We visited this restaurant twice during a recent trip to Sicily and loved the food, atmosphere hospitality. We were made aware of the restaurant by the staff of the Etna Hotel where we staying and enticed by the 20% discount and free lift to/from the restaurant. The free lifts were particularly attractive as they enabled me to have a drink without worrying about driving the family back to the hotel. The pizzas were exquisite and authentic, the drinks ice cold and the external eating area was a courtyard illuminated by soft lights giving a very warm and atmospheric ambiance. All in all, a great restaurant at a reasonable price and highly recommended."

"We visit this restaurant each year and it never changes. The pizza is great and if like me you're used to paying London prices,you will not believe what good value the food is here. A lovely stone baked margherita pizza for under 5...euros! The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The decor and atmosphere are simple and unassuming and could be seen as being stuck in a time warp but all very charming in its own way. If you want romance and ambience, this isn't for you but for great, authentic pizza at a really good price and served by welcoming staff this is definitely worth a visit."
