Dunkin' - Grayslake

I go to this dunkin very often and there is this one worker who is always very disrespectful to customer. I am pretty sure he is the manager and his name is Jingnesh. He always is very rude and demanding. He has no customer service skills, he tries to arguewith customers any chance he can get. I would avoid this dunkin if you can.

I just went today to get a coffee. I don't mean to be a Karen but I went to a different location to get a coffee and after I left I realized they did not make it correctly. I went to this location that was on the way to my destination and asked with thecoffee and receipt in hand and waited 25 minutes before anyone paid attention to me and took my order. I asked politely if Icould possibly get my drink fixed (which I have done before when made wrong) and the lady was pretty rude and just said no.Especially after not getting service for such a long time...to get such a rude no did not feel too good. If I was told nicely itwould have been totally cool. I felt like an idiot.

I regularly visit this restaurant to study and the staff is excellent. They always ensure I am comfortable and I feel very welcomed here. The service is always outstanding. If I could, I would give all the employees here a raise. You all deserve the best, thank you for always providing me with the best experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered avocado toast with tomato and bacon. The bread was not toasted and they forgot the bacon. I was extremely disappointed.

I will never return to this restaurant. The staff were very rude when I went through the drive-through. Despite their advertised "no contact" policy, they asked for my phone at the window and then proceeded to give me attitude. The coffee was not good and the service was lacking. There are plenty of Dunkin' Donuts around, so I recommend not wasting your money here.
