Sarpino's Pizzeria Gurnee - Grayslake

I had a very bad experience, twice, order simple articles about uber isst. The first order was delivered by the owner almost two hours and three calls post order. I have to be refunded (Nov 1.). For the second time, I cancelled a very similar matter. I don't order from here again for bad excuses and just bad service. The food is good.

I ordered three times here, so far everything was great and I will be back. Eating takes place on time, online order is convenient and clear, and there are many offers for toppings and pages. The pizza sauce has enough spices, and the cheese and bread have good texture. The best part is that Sarpino?s is so much better than the other pizza place in this strip-mall.

This is a great pizza! I was in this place several times and can honestly say I was never disappointed with everything I chose. I traveled all over the world thanks to the US marina and always try to taste pizza if you have the chance to compare only styles, creative flavors, etc. I think this place can compete with any place. Many choices beside pizza, they make a big salad, calzone and pastas. They are friendly and very polite and for someone like me who has to work a late shift, they do not close up to 0300! I recommend it!!

Ordered vegan deep dish pizza through their app. Arrived and the pizza had dairy parmesan cheese on it, obviously not vegan. They told me they would remake it, I waited around an extra 25 minutes for them to remake it. The guy comes out and says the thing with vegan cheese is that it doesn't melt. So the cheese wasn't melted at all. Absolutely ridiculous.
