Contribute Feedback What Willie Torres Jr (Being Crazy For C likes about Starbucks Coffee:
Although I know it's not the stores problem, it's more corporate, I believe the prices are too high. But otherwise, the crew here at Starbucks Grayslake are wonderful and friendly. View all feedback.
What Camille S doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
We never get the correct order everytime we drive-thru here. Its either no Caramel on my Caramel machiato or they giving me the wrong coffee or a spoil apple on the fruit and cheese box. They do not say what is the coffee before they hand it to you, by the time you leave and take a sip thinking its the right order, its incorrect and we are too far to return it. Disappointing.
