Order a Cheeseburger combo and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwhich with a side of Onion Rings. Everything cold and soggy! Reason behind that was...the lady who took down my order wrote down my phone number wrong and the delievery driver went the opposite way from where I live. Downs used to be really good and now it’s disgusting, my fried mushrooms weren’t cooked all the way through and tasted like they had been sitting out. They charged me for a 3 meals which was $7.99 a piece and then charged me separate for the drinks! So ridiculous! View all feedback.
