read moreTed's Cafe has garnered a range of feedback, revealing significant inconsistencies in both service and food quality. While some patrons enjoyed delicious breakfasts and friendly service, others faced rude staff, subpar meals, and poor ingredient quality. Complaints about small portion sizes, inconveniences like a self-serve toast machine, and an overall lack of customer care have led many to consider their visits as one-time experiences. Despite a few highlights of clean premises and satisfactory meals, the cafe's current trajectory suggests a pressing need for improved management and staff training to address these concerns.
