"I had high expectations, but wasn’t feeling what had been reflected in the reviews , the place is clean , bright, friendly staff , in terms of the service , I felt it a little rushed, In terms of the food it was average at best. Some items lacking flavour , other over powered with the wrong flavour , Disappointing as we travelled to come to the restaurant, A shame as Imwas looking forward to it"

"An exceptionally unique dining experience! Our holiday companion booked Pamela’s for dinner and we were unsure of what to expect, however we were assured of good quality food and a great experience and we certainly were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were shown to a table in the lounge, provided with the menus and ordered drinks. Service is exceptionally professional and friendly from arrival to departure. The decor is most unique and very fun to take in. The upstairs dining room is more casual and I loved watching the chefs in the open kitchen. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Our vegetarian diner was slightly limited for choice and there was a blip with the main course, however it was handled and recovered very well (we were unaware when booking, however we have now been advised to phone ahead a minimum of 24-hours and special meal arrangements can be made in advance for vegetarian meals). The fish cakes and miso Salmon were very delicious and cooked to perfection. The duck legs had crispy skin, moist meat and a tasty accompanying Orzo pasta. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Pamela’s for a delicious meal with 5* service. Vegetarian options: Recommended to advise the restaurant a minimum of 24-hours in advance. There were 2 starters and 1 main course (featuring pasta on all dishes) on the a la carte menu, however if you call in advance then arrangements can be made."

"Unbelievable starters some olives in a garlic marinade and some nice warm bread with the most beautiful garlic butter I ever tasted! For main I had the classic burger which out of hundreds I tasted is right now top one for presentation flavour tenderness all you want in a burger! My partner had the Portuguese speciality little French was she was so in love with it that she is trying to replicate the sauce at home!! For desert we had slice of homemade carrot cake and chocolate fudge and again top quality! Service is as good as you can get the space is lovely warm and welcoming top 3 restaurants I have been definitely the best in Norfolk"

"My wife and I have just spent a few days staying at The Hog Hotel. From the reception we received on arrival, to the beautifully appointed bedroom and the wonderful food in the restaurant, we congratulate you all. Everyone was most considerate and helpful and special mention to the chef who coped well with food intolerance issues. No hesitation in staying again or recommending the hotel to anyone. 3 days of autumn sunshine a bonus! Thank you."

"My local now..sin as I moved to northgate road...her .great pub have always made very welcome here many times eat, including twice forxmas set meal yummy! tasty eating. a lot of choice .... friendly staff great bands....some saturday eves cozy space and simply love the garden especially spring/summer and if all of its in the night really nicely illuminated I recommended to friends who all like it too....will recommend the kings weapons to everyone."
