Nando's - Greater Dandenong

What User likes about Nando's:
Been to many nandos. The staff at the keysbough store was friendly and helpful. The amenities were clean. The meals once ordered came out pretty quickly. So overall pretty much what you expect from a nandos store View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Nando's:
+ve:Food arrived in time and all sauces were provided.-ve:I love to eat at Nandos and even the worst Nandos I have ever visited were cleaner than this restaurant and It was one of the worst customer service experiences. The guy at counter was looking frustrated and didn't greet with a smile to start with. We were then pushed to order quickly or they were closing in an hour even though we only had to wait for 2 minutes for other friends to come. Food wasn't cooked properly, side dish wasn't supplied until requested and when arrived, it was just served for the sake of serving (no sauce as requested and burnt). I will never visit this Nandos and will not recommend to anyone as well.
