We ordered a gluten free, vegan chocolate ganache cake from Bliss bakery. It has to be said that Mahak made a very difficult cake possible in little time and with great flavors. No eggs, butter etc were used and it still was a beautiful moist cake. This was not a typical almond flour cake but made from sorghum, coconut flour. Iced coffee. here the secret is that the coffee is very well mixed with the milk and sweet syrup which gives a perfect taste. Very nourishing and refreshing
They are the great Baker ever I ordered a cake without egg they ready that very that I didn't expect was very good and well embellish.
