Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they have shuttle service for local travel, in-house restaurant with breakfast lunch and dinner options, exercise room, ballrooms for corporates meetings and small events. The hotel had a lot of issues. Had to change rooms three times. There are a lot negative things I could say about this establishment, but I won't because Mr. Frank and his team did everything they could do to try to make things right for me and my family.
