"This restaurant uses one delivery boy to deliver 2 orders in one go. As a result the 2nd delivery is always cold food. It gets especially exciting when your food is pizza. All 3 times I've ordered I've followed the tracking I've received cold pizza."

The seats need to be replaced as it is not very good in quality. The mall location is good but the crowd is not attracted towards the location as the mall doesn't have so many brands. "This place is one of the restaurants I frequent for south Indian cuisine. I love their Dosa which is good to taste and also their filter coffee. But I gave it 3 stars because of their service which is like really bad. Even after placing orders they misplace orders and come again to retake orders. The staffs are always in a hurry, Most of the time wifi swipe machine doesn't work. So overall average even after good food. Ambience is decent"
