The person who sits on cash counter is Amit and he is very very humble and courteous man. The sweets I buy from them are made with desi ghee (not sure all) and are very very tasty. Taste was good of white sponge rasgulle its cost was 20rs/piece . Rabdri 30/piece. I found it bit expensive.

"Had lunch in Patra by Jaypee Greens but nothing like 5 star. Waiters do not how to serve , even in whole restraurant there was 2 waiters only. Food is good but service is very average. Even they did serve water till 20 mins. Price is very high but service is low."
