"This restaurant uses one delivery boy to deliver 2 orders in one go. As a result the 2nd delivery is always cold food. It gets especially exciting when your food is pizza. All 3 times I've ordered I've followed the tracking I've received cold pizza."

"Had lunch in Patra by Jaypee Greens but nothing like 5 star. Waiters do not how to serve , even in whole restraurant there was 2 waiters only. Food is good but service is very average. Even they did serve water till 20 mins. Price is very high but service is low."

"Worst place i’ve Ever been to. Most of the items in the menu is not available . Also the service is really bad takes 40 mins to prepare everything even the drinks like coke and all I don’t get if they cook them too .You won’t get bottled water. Only warm RO water . Such a shittyyy place . I’ve never rated any restaurant earlier in my life but this restaurant seriously I just had to do it ."
