our place during the holidays in Sweden. again a fish merchant serving as a restaurant. at the rande of the harbour, in a simple position they at the theke and go and sit down. the service is fast and the dishes are nice (on fresh. the swedes are not expansiw, the greeting and the service reflect the image, but the essential is on the plate, right? we loved each other. I had fish chips that taste good, but it took about half an hour before eating.
Good food, today's was amazingly good (red sole with spinach+feta).
