Wir waren am Ostermontag zu viert zum Mittag. Als Entree wurde eine Salatplatte auf einen Edelstahluntersatz für ein Kaffeegedeck für alle vier serviert. Schon eine spezielle Darbietung.Es gab Spargelsuppe vorweg, tadellos, lecker, frisch. Dann dreimal Saibling mit Salzkartoffeln, Bohnen und Speck und ein paar frischen Champignons.
