I was able to order exactly what I needed and arrange payment over the phone, as well as coordinate pick up by another person. Am I the only person that thinks Jackson’s bakery has gone down hill since it changed hands? The customer service is HORRIBLE and the pastries are just okay. Not to mention that annoying recording you get when they aren’t taking anymore orders even when you call ahead two weeks of a holiday. Really?
