"Loves the antipasto salad, the pizza and the gyros! these are the only things we always get as a family. I'm sure everything else tastes just as good. I want to talk to the owner. he's a very nice man. everyone is friendly there. this restaurant has been in greeley for decades. I moved here in 1981 in fontas pizza. it has now survived a few recessions and pandemic. That's what it says."

"Absolutely LOVE Sushi One!! I haven't tried anything I haven't liked. Everything is priced fairly and worth the quality food their serve. The staff is also very friendly and know their customers. Its a family atmosphere and I highly recommend them for lunch or dinner!"

"I really liked the location and atmosphere. The menu is a little limited selections. It’s mostly sandwiches, soup and salads. I had the onion soups and it was very tasty and thick. "Sadly, I was not impressed. While everything looked nice, the taste did not live up to the hype or price. Drinks were slow to come out, as well as entrees. We were told by our server once for a bar delay and twice for food delay, which set the expectation, but once we got everything, it wasn’t worth the wait. The lobster bisque was flavorful, but overall thin like chicken broth and barely any lobster pieces in both mine and my husband’s bowls. My husband was disappointed in receiving a medium well steak when he ordered medium rare but was so hungry from waiting that he didn’t want to request another. The pistachio crusted halibut I got seemed to just have honey mustard for chicken tenders drizzled on top and I tasted pistachio in a single bite. For the price we were charged, I was shocked to receive this quality of food. Even the “specialty” Brussels sprouts ended up being charred with salt and pepper….it’s fine if it’s simple, but let the price match the quality and creativity."
