Manager AJ is the Best ! Co workers and I ordered pick up through a robot on the phone line and unfortunately the order wrong . When calling and asked for a manager, A.J was so understanding and gave us a comp dinner . He was so nice, polite and very professional! Applebees has a Great Manager working for them ! Had food delivered, the food was warm but the steak was like leather even when I asked for it med rare. I have given this place a lot of chances, but now I'm done with them. View all feedback.

Server was great!! Kitchen not so much. Fries were cold. 5 cheese Mac and cheese dish was more like fettuccine and very bland. Very disappointed.
