I've been to Chefusion a few times now. I think the service is top-notch, but the food is good but not great. The flavor profiles are there. However, the execution lacks attention to detail, and the menu seems very busy. I still recommend anybody to try it out for their unique menu options, as it does differentiate them from other downtown GB restraunts. View all feedback.
What Amy Gray doesn't like about Chefusion:
We've been to chefusion before and it was very good. However this last time we were not impressed.. we usually get the $35 menu which is great value but opted for the $65 menu specials. They were cold and surprisingly unflavored.. not worth $65 by any means. So I think it's best to stick with the $35 menu in the future so expectations aren't too high. Everything was above average, but the most notable entree we had was a reverse seared wagyu ribeye, which was perfectly executed.
