The Thai tacos are worth the hype. I've been here several times and tried the Thai rice bowl most recently and loved that as well. The bahn mi sandwich was good, but lacked in spice as requested. What Sam Jo doesn't like about Eggroll Plus Food Truck:
4/22 7:35pm arrived for a pickup order. No employee(s) were at the bar. I waited there 5 min. Man came out and I asked for my order we are 2 min past my pickup time at this point, which is not an issue. Man tells me he will go grab it. He goes in the back and does not come back out for 8 min. When he comes out he goes directly to the computer/order system and starts typing. No mention of my order/no acknowledgment of me at all so I ask, “do you have an eta on the order?” Without looking up at me he says “7 10”. That would make the order nearly 20 min late, not to mention how rude and dismissive this employee was. I just said forget it, can get egg rolls elsewhere and be treated nicer. The employees are typically very kind here, sad to see that changing.
