Decor hasnt been updated for decades. Honestly, the menu hasnt either, but the menu doesn't need it. Krolls East is so much better than West. The chili is supposedly the same recipe, but it's definitely better at east. View all feedback.

What Mike Miller doesn't like about Kroll's East:
Service was terrible but they were packed. Two bartenders for the whole place and one was on his first day. Took forever and both of our burgers had the wrong toppings on them. Waitress was dumbfounded by that and couldn't figure out how to fix things. Really?? At least the chili was good. No need to return. View all feedback.
