Checked this truck out at the Bethlehem Christmas Market, and happy we did. I went with the Chicago dog, no tomatoes, and unfortunately it was late (near closing) and they had run out of poppy seed buns, but it was good with just a regular bun. The dogs themselves are very tasty, nice snap to them, and great flavor. Truck staff were very nice and helpful! View all feedback.
