Food is fine; service has been hit or miss but almost every restaurant is that way so I can't hold that against them. What really irks me though is the ridiculous policy of requiring a card number for carry-out orders. When I'm calling in an order it's usually at work and not in a private location so it's extremely uncomfortable having to verbally list my card info.
