We come to the Hitching Post for breakfast as the service and food is better than it has been in the evening. This time in, we ordered the loaded biscuits and gravy with extra crispy hashbrowns, and the eggs Benedict with extra crispy hashbowns. The food is good, but a little overpriced for the portion sizes. I've been here multiple times with a different amount of people. After my most recent visits, if you come with a group of 5-7 people, I'd recommend asking about a required gratuity fee before you leave a tip, so you don't end up tipping 50% overall, for subpar service.
