Long John Silver's - Feedback

What kylie layman doesn't like about Long John Silver's:
Just left the drive thru, waited 10 minutes for our food they didn't bring our drinks. So I went inside, and began to tell the employee standing at the literally counter who was not in the middle of taking an order. She cut me off and told me to calm down that she was doing too much at once. I said ma'am I'm just telling you I need my drinks yall forgot. My receipt says Lynn D took our order in the drive thru. Excellent service. Didn't catch her name but it was closing shift on 7/8/22. Very friendly and helpful. We drove off when we got our food but forgot our drink. She ran out the front to catch us to bring us our drink. Above and beyond service, especially late at night. Thanks again. View all feedback.
