how we might have waited them a bit. as so many others at this time, they seem to be a little shorthanded. Therefore our waitress was stretched quite thinly at the time we were there. but it was attentive, courteous and very well tempered among the circumstances. Appeared to be very understaffed, or unprepared for a Friday night. Food took forever, and came out separately. One pizza was very undercooked, one overcooked. They comped the undercooked pizza, so that was nice, but pizza was not eaten. The deep fried green beans were good. Service seems to be an issue with this restaurant, and the one in Oak Ridge.
