What User doesn't like about Manny's Universal Cafe:
did not order, because when we came in, we were not greeted and had to find out ourselves to grab a menu and sit down. but when a white couple went in less than 5 minutes later, they were greeted with smiles and a menu offered and asked, they wanted to sit outside because it is beautiful.
