The customer service is good but I’m rating this review based on the presentation of what I was given in the box. The cupcake box I received wasn’t even stable enough for the cupcakes to sit still and messed up as I was driving and I noticed once I reached home that they gave me a burnt pumpkin cupcake. If I’m paying this much for 6 cupcakes they need to be sure that the cupcakes don’t mess up and should get cupcake... View all feedback.
