really enjoyed my first departure order with saffron. we ordered the auberginen bharta, matar paneer and lamb vindaloo. they all came with something heat, so not for the faint of the heart, but the aromen were very well balanced and felt like they came from family recipes. would be absolutely ordered by them again. they expect fresh ingredients and smaller portions. it is not bad, it feels just something overpriced for the food taste / quantity. it was obviously fresh ingredients, but not as tasty as other Indian foods I had eaten before. very accommodating, but a bit of a language barrier when I originally visited.
