It took me 4 calls to make a reservation with this hotel. I would have done it online but needed to get the military rate. Their call center for reservations are a joke! The forth guy tells me that I can cancel my reservation by June 15th but I was placing the call on the 16th....really dude? Just tell me I can't cancel my reservation once I make it! Don't tell me I can cancel on the 15th when I'm making the call on... View all feedback.
