Very disappointed with how unprofessionally I witnessed Mr. Hussey being towards clients. He knew he would get paid, just not when he expected due to a clerical error. Mr. Hussey's conduct was unacceptable and should have resulted in his losing that contract, but unfortunately it didn't.
