Dunkin' - Greensburg

Always love the great customer service. Perfect coffee, donuts, and Hayley!

I just called to place an order for the next day. The person who answered the phone just said yo . He didn 't say hi or even that it was Dunkin Donuts. I asked if I could place an order. He repeated my question to people that must have been next tohim and the only response I got was laughter. That is fine. My business will go to the Dunkin on route 30. The Dunkin in MainSt in Greensburg has terrible service and thw workers are so incredibly rude!!

This is the worst Dunkin set up I?ve ever encountered. Getting into the parking lot is a nightmare. They allow customers to sit queued up on a busy intersection blocking traffic. I can?t actually comment on the products because I?m too busy trying not toget hit or hit anyone attempting to go through the drive thru.

My husband went to Dunkin on Rt. 119 in South Greensburg to get donuts. As soon as he walked in the lady was rude and yelled out and told him that she was ONLY taking drive thru and pre- orders. So why were the doors open/unlocked?! He drove to the Rt. 30Jeannette location, which is way better, just further away. Never going to Rt. 119 location again.

So good, and I love the Pittsburgh cream donuts and they were out, they went back and made it for me. That was above and beyond. Super friendly and extremely thoughtful
