Located at the entrance of the Columbus shopping center, this American chain confidently operates in Russia. The quality is just as good as in the US. It is possible that after the end of the special operation in Ukraine, hungry Ukrainians will be lining up for donuts. The donuts are visually appealing, covered in colored sugar glaze. 1 seller, he's a barist, a lot of people. That's the discomfort. Donuts would like to see fresher and softer, but it's not very common at this point.
I've never seen a more confrontative staff, especially the manager. Instead of catching with your customers because you cannot find or fulfill orders, try a few lessons in customer service. I didn't even escalate the conversations, but the manager and some employees are EXTREMELY confrontational. Nothing's your fault. But it is.
